Welcome to the quiet room and the quiet time where I read and reflect on God's Word. It's not easy to hear a word from the Lord. It takes discipline. I promise to take the time to write if you will take the time to read. Perhaps we can enter into a partnership here in the desert where my words and your comments will bring us ever closer to our God. I'm glad you came. The warm breeze from the desert is blowing in through my open windows, causing the candles to flicker. The world outside is dark but here, in this little room, there may be light enough to see by and silence enough to hear what God will say.
